OBJECTIVE Design and deliver a sophisticated, data-driven Sales Readiness Scorecard System that empowers sales leaders with a holistic, real-time view of their team's performance across key readiness dimensions—including individual reps, curriculums, course completion, coaching engagement, and skill development progress. The solution needed to balance analytical depth with visual clarity, enabling managers to not only identify high and low performers quickly but also uncover actionable insights that inform training strategies, personalized coaching, and performance improvement plans. By integrating multiple data sources into a centralized, intuitive interface, the goal was to create a high-impact decision-making tool that accelerates team readiness, boosts productivity, and ultimately drives sustainable revenue growth.
