PROJECT Manager Dashboard. OBJECTIVE Design a user-centered solution that empowers managers with real-time, actionable insights into team schedules, tasks, and requests—enabling faster decision-making, improved workforce efficiency, and higher employee satisfaction. The goal was to create a streamlined experience that consolidates essential data into a single, intuitive interface, allowing managers to anticipate staffing issues, respond to requests proactively, and optimize coverage across shifts. The solution needed to be responsive and adaptive across devices, ensuring access to critical information whether managers were in the office or on the go.
